Attending a Good Neighbor Training is the first step to becoming a Community Refugee & Immigration Services (CRIS) volunteer. Offered monthly both virtually and in-person, the Good Neighbor Training is a two-hour information session led by CRIS staff members. Topics covered include the refugee process, challenges refugees face after resettlement, services provided by CRIS, and a brief explanation of ways to get involved. Sign up here.

We're bringing together Maddy Wilson from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Brian McPeek from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 688 to explore how union involvement is shaping the future of utility-scale solar development in Ohio. As our state stands at a crossroads in the energy transition, this conversation couldn't be more timely.
