Tibetan boy kidnapped by PRC

April 25th 2004 is the Panchen Lama of Tibet's 15th birthday. The Panchen Lama was kidnapped by the Chinese government in 1995 and they continue to hold him and his family incommunicado. More information can be found at tashilhunpo.org/amber_alert
