The 50501 Movement is a coalition demanding justice, transparency, accountability, and an end to executive overreach. Despite being seen as leaderless, every individual, state, city, grassroots organization, and activist are leaders in this movement. Together, they guide us toward a future based on foundational principles. On February 5th we help mobilize over 20,000 like-minded individuals, activists, and organizations to stand against the harmful impacts of the current administration and Project 2025. 

In truth, the 50501 Movement does not refer to an organization—it represents a vision, the American Dream, as we were all once taught to believe it. Each voice of this movement, peacefully united, forms a rallying cry and demand for the "American Dream" that we once all held close to our heart. A dream that we feel has prove

In an ongoing policy of ethnic cleansing, Israeli authorities uproot fruit trees, raze farmland, destroy rainwater reservoirs and irrigation systems, and demolish homes. Meanwhile increasingly emboldened Israeli settlers — protected by soldiers — taunt families and vandalize property. The ultimate goal is to force Palestinians off the land. With the world’s attention diverted by the war on Gaza, displacement of West Bank Palestinians has increased dramatically in the past year.

By coming together, we can work to protect communities from this dangerous assault on our communities. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio (PPGOH) has finally unionized after a card count in which 65 percent of eligible employees voted to unionize on Thursday, February 7, 2025.

After the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), which is a government agency that helps mediate and resolve labor-management disputes, confirmed that the cards were authentic and had 65 percent support, leadership voluntarily recognized that the union had unequivocally garnered overwhelming support, clearly more than the majority that was needed, according to Olivia Oney, Regional Field Manager of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio.

In this meeting we’ll take a look at Third Act Central’s priorities for 2025 which have been adjusted based on the new administration, then discuss how to align with these priorities, what needs customized for Ohio and if there are Ohio specific interests or concerns we’d like to add.

Perhaps nothing divides Americans more vehemently today than views regarding the subject of abortion. Thus, instead of fuming group outbursts and slick slogans (bromidic and not supported rationally or in intellectual depth by either side of the issue) entrenched individual personal opinions (some valid, some not), and (worst of all) punitive laws, a strictly clinical review of the issue is well overdue. This means objective consideration is required by those who will contemplate the subject with a logical mind, a cool temperament, and the willingness to use pure reason based on facts of reality.
